How do I become an Identisy member?
Simply submit an application. Your account will be created immediately in PENDING status until you have passed the identity verification screening.
What is the membership fee?
Currently it is FREE to join Identisy for your first year. It costs just $19.95 per year thereafter to maintain an Identisy membership.
How does the verification process work?
After you submit your application you will receive a verification packet via US Postal Mail. Follow the instructions to complete the verification process. You will be required to provide proof of identity and residency.
How is my privacy protected?
Identisy will not reveal your street address, telephone, or email address to the public. Except in extreme cases (such as a direct request from eBay® or U.S. Law Enforcement), this private information will not be released to anyone.
How often do I have to be verified?
To keep our database as accurate as possible, our members are verified on an annual basis. More data verification may be required at our discrection.
What if I don't pass the verification process?
Your membership payment will be refunded less a $9 USD processing fee. Your refund will be issued in the same manner it was received within 30 days.
How do I renew or cancel my membership?
Your membership will automatically renew each year. To cancel your recurring membership payment, login to your PayPal account and access your subscriptions. Your Identisy account will be purged from our database within 72 hours.
Can I advertise on Identisy?

What is the fee?
We charge just $19.95 per month to advertise on the site.
Where will my ad appear on the site?
Your ad will be displayed in rotation in the Member's center.
How do I renew or cancel my account?
Your account will be renewed automatically until you cancel. Login to your PayPal account and access your subscriptions to cancel. Your banner will be removed from the site within 24 hours.
